Privacy Policy

Last updated September 12, 2026. This policy describes what Hello SEO Tools collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Tool inputs

When you run a tool you give us a URL, a domain name, or text such as a title tag. We use that input only to produce the result you asked for. Our servers fetch the public URL or registry record you named. We do not fetch anything else and we never send your browser cookies or login details to the site being checked.

Results cache

Results are cached on our edge network for up to ten minutes so repeated lookups are fast. Cached results are keyed by the input, not by who requested them, and expire automatically.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We use them to rate-limit abusive traffic. They are retained for a short period per Cloudflare's policies and are not joined to any profile of you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand which tools are used and whether they succeed. We log events such as "tool submitted" and "result shown". We do not send the page content we fetched, full URLs containing sensitive query strings, or any credentials to analytics. You can block analytics with a browser extension or by declining cookies in your browser; the tools still work.

Contact form

If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you send, delivered to our mailbox by an email service provider. We keep it as long as needed to reply and handle the request.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not build advertising profiles.
• We do not require an account or an email address to use any free tool.
• We do not store the HTML of pages you audit beyond the short cache described above.

Third parties

Cloudflare (hosting, DNS resolution, edge cache), Google Analytics (usage measurement), domain registries and registrars reached through RDAP and WHOIS (domain lookups), and Google's public documentation links. Each acts under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to object to processing. Because we do not hold profiles, in most cases the only personal data we have is a contact message. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes. Material changes will be noted on the home page.
